please read everything i wrote on this page before contacting me! please! i did not write all this as a joke, i wrote it to save time - yours, sure, but mostly mine! addendum: PLEASE BE NORMAL TO ME. I AM A REGULAR HUMAN PERSON, JUST LIKE YOU. every time someone is an unhinged freak to me i have to make my already passive-aggressive TOS even more scolding than it already is and i hate adding to it as much as you all hate reading it.

I consider my time & effort valuable, and I hope you'll extend me that same courtesy by agreeing to the following terms!

• All work you commission from me, unless we previously agree otherwise, is for personal, private, nonprofit use only. If you would like to contact me for professional work, I'd be happy to talk with you about that - just specify in your email! Otherwise, by default, your commission is presumed by me to be private. When I invoice you, you will note that by paying it, you are agreeing to this very TOS, so please read all of it!
• Work you commission from me must never be used for NFTs, crypto garbage, training AIs and whatever other unknowable techhorrors will be inflicted on the world in the future.
• I only respond to inquiries I receive via email. No DMs, no notes, no discord PMs. Inquiries are free and encouraged so long as they are through the proper channel. I would prefer this is the vector we discuss the details of your commission as it progresses as well so we can both have a clear, easy to access record of our discussion.
• I accept payment via PayPal in USD only at this time. I will invoice you after we've discussed what I'll be making for you. Do not just send me money and assume I'll do your commission - I will immediately refund it, and will not be held responsible for any fees incurred in the process. When you receive your invoice, you will note by paying it, you are agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions listed on this page.
• I expect to be paid up front, in full. I will only begin working on your piece when I have confirmed said payment in full is made. This is non negotiable.
• Prices listed are base prices and subject to change and adjustment depending on complexity and necessary time investment. The listed price is not a guarantee, and only an estimate of the minimum I might quote you.
• I do not give refunds once I have begun work on your piece, so be certain of what you want and confident in my skills and familiar with my style before you decide to contact me.
• I am not a style mimic. Your commission will be in my personal style.
• Complex designs for both characters and backgrounds incur additional cost at my discretion. Even if it is not specifically noted, this is always the case.
• I do not allow unlimited notes and changes. If after two rounds of changes (unless otherwise noted) you continue to make changes, you will be charged a minimum of 25$ USD per change at my discretion. Be clear and confident in your initial email as well as when I prompt you for notes and approvals.
• I am only interested in doing business with other adults. SFW or NSFW work alike, if you aren't 18+ I'm not interested in doing business with you.
• I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION FOR MY OWN REASONS, AND WILL NOT OWE YOU AN EXPLANATION.
• WHEN YOU PAY ME FOR CONTENT YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING YOU ARE 18+ AS I ONLY CREATE CONTENT, ADULT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ADULTS.

It's easy! First time or sixth, this is how I would like your email to arrive in my inbox. For some reason, after years of begging and even briefly forcing people to use a form, people ignore these basic steps a lot so here's my new policy - if you ignore the info on this page, I will ignore your inquiry email!

SUBJECT: COMMISSION TYPE (Sketch, Flat Illustration, etc) or COMMISSION INQUIRY

BODY: COMMISSION TYPE AGAIN, just so it's very clear. THE PAYPAL ADDRESS I CAN SEND YOUR INVOICE TO. THE PAYPAL ADDRESS I CAN SEND YOUR INVOICE TO. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS SO I CAN INVOICE YOU ASAP. A succinct and clear description of what you would like, including things like: The Vibe, posing, any specific coloring you'd like, and any details that are important to you that might otherwise be easily sidelined. PLEASE assume I know nothing about what you are commissioning, be it fanart, fetish art, or your OC and be thorough, as indecisiveness or lots of changes will cost you (as you recall from the TOS above!). Also please attach relevant references - I'm a big fan of when people give me a stick figure of the pose they're thinking of (if that's an important part of the piece), so go nuts! I would rather have too much information than have to pry it out of you or waste a half hour googling.

HERE'S AN EASY CHECKLIST!

If you're anxious about commissioning me, here is how my process usually works: You send me an email (that includes your paypal address, for ease of invoicing!). If it has all the info that I require, I will respond to it either agreeing or disagreeing! If I agree, I will be sure to clarify any questions you have, and I may ask some of my own to make sure we're both on the same page. Once we're both on board, I will send you an invoice! When the invoice (which includes a deadline, so please respond to emails promptly!) is paid in full, I will add your invoice (just the number, so it is anonymous!) to my Trello Board queue. Depending on the type of commission you've purchased, I will generally send you a pose for approval and then at various stages until it's complete. Then it's done! Easy!

Despite my exasperated tone on this page, if you are a polite & normal person to me, I'm very polite & normal right back! I have stuff I'm great at, stuff I'm not great at, and stuff I will outright refuse to do. Here's a list!

I WILL DO

• GORE, PORN, GORN, ANTHRO, FETISH/KINK STUFF, CUTE CUDDLES, PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF!!! JUST ASK IF YOU’RE NOT SURE!! THE WORST THAT I’LL SAY IS ‘NOPE!’ Private commissions are also 100% cool with me! If you do not request your commission remain private, I will assume I have your permission to post it on my social media pages. If you would like to be tagged with your piece, please include your social media handle so I can do so!

I WILL NEVER DO

• Anything that involves children/minors in sexual and/or violent situations — I don’t want to draw minors, full stop. No bestiality. No hate garbage (racism, transphobia etc), no ‘real life’ stuff (ie no real life serials killers or celebrities getting into hijinx). Do not ask, this is not up for negotiation. There may be stuff I don't realize I don't wanna do until you request it - as noted in my TOS, if I say no, that's the end of it! I will not debate you!

STUFF I'M GREAT AT

• Monsters, furries, weird meat, body horror, bugs, IF IT'S GROSS, I'M GONNA NAIL IT.

STUFF I'M NOT SO GREAT AT

• Mecha/robots, anything mechanical, elaborate cityscapes & any other sort of pristine, angular environments. Conventionally attractive humans & anime.

ONLY SKETCHES ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME!

SKETCH 60$ USD.

SKETCH includes pose approval and monochromatic coloring (greyscale, mostly pinks, mostly blues etc) in the base price. Digital is the assumed default medium, a single character on a solid color background. Extras include:

• FULL COLOR instead of monochrome: 30$ USD flat fee no matter how many characters.
• High Detail characters (wings, elaborate costumes, complicated props, non-euclidian anatomy) incur additional cost at my discretion, based on how much extra time I will have to invest, usually starting at around 20$ USD. I do enjoy drawing very fiddly & detailed things, for the record! I just like to also be paid for the extra time haha.
• Extra Characters: 30$ each and subject to the High Detail surcharge, if applicable.
• Backgrounds are at my discrection and heavily discouraged for this tier, but I sometimes make exceptions. Get an Illustration if you want a background!
• Alts are at my discrection depending on how big a pain of the ass they are to make.
• Traditional medium adds a flat 30$ surcharge & the understanding that I literally cannot make changes after you approve the pose. This still includes color and a solid background! If you are willing to pay for shipping (usually about 15$USD unless you live in Australia), I will send it to you. NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
